Ajax Fans' Fury at Oscar Gloukh During PSV Clash

Ajax and PSV went toe to toe on the pitch, but in the stands at the Johan Cruijff Arena, patience snapped early — and most of the fury was aimed straight at Oscar Gloukh.

The Israeli winger was handed another start on the left in this heavyweight clash, a clear show of faith from the coaching staff. It never looked like a night he would repay it. As the criticism of Gloukh intensified, another name kept surfacing: Abdellah Ouazane. The 17-year-old has caught the eye in recent weeks, and his absence from the starting XI only sharpened the debate. Many fans framed the decision as a straight comparison — and they did not hold back.

“Why isn’t Ouazane playing? He is five times the player Gloukh is, surely,” one supporter wrote. Another pushed the same idea with less diplomacy: “Gloukh off for a quick shower and bring Ouazane on.”

On the pitch, Ajax and PSV traded blows in a tight first half. In the stands, the verdict on one left winger felt anything but balanced.
