Chelsea Secures Pep Chavarria on a Five-Year Contract

Chelsea has officially signed Spanish defender Pep Chavarria on a deal lasting five years. The 28-year-old arrives at Stamford Bridge after spending three and a half seasons with Rayo Vallecano. The transfer fee is reported to be around £16.3 million.
