Coventry City Signs Carl Rushworth in Club-Record Deal
Coventry City have turned last season’s loan fairytale into a permanent fixture, sealing the signing of goalkeeper Carl Rushworth from Brighton & Hove Albion in what is understood to be a club-record transfer.

Signed by Brighton from hometown side Halifax Town in 2019, he spent seven years on the south coast without a single senior appearance, instead living the life of the modern goalkeeping nomad.
