Enzo Maresca is wasting no time reshaping Manchester City in his image. The new manager is already looking back to his Chelsea days, pushing for two of the players he trusts most as he tries to stamp authority on his first season at the Etihad.

The 25-year-old has drawn steady interest all summer, with clubs in England and Spain tracking him closely. Newcastle United are the only other side named in the French report, but they are not alone in making calls. Romano adds that Galatasaray and several Saudi Pro League clubs have also enquired about Balogun in recent days, underlining how hot the market is for the forward.

Arsenal prospect offered to Manchester United

Arsenal, meanwhile, are looking for ways to balance the books after their £75 million outlay on Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimarães. The Guardian reports that defender Myles Lewis-Skelly has been offered to Manchester United as part of that effort to recoup funds.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s club are searching for a new No. 1 to replace Bento, but it is not yet known whether the 31-year-old Maignan would accept a switch to the Saudi Pro League.
