PSG Freezes Out Barcola as Liverpool Negotiates Transfer
Bradley Barcola has been cut from all Paris Saint-Germain matchday squads while the club thrashes out his future, with Liverpool now in active talks to sign the winger.
The 21-year-old featured for PSG in their early-season plans but was missing from the group that faced Lens in the Trophee des Champions, having been involved against Aston Villa in the UEFA Super Cup days earlier. That omission was no rotation quirk. It was a statement.
Barcola has made it clear all summer that he wants to leave, and PSG have now responded decisively. Multiple reports say Luis Enrique will not select him again until the situation is resolved.
