Tottenham Break Transfer Record Again for Sandro Tonali

Tottenham have torn up their transfer blueprint and written a far more ambitious one, completing the signing of Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United in a deal worth up to £100 million ($133m) – the second time this summer they have broken their own transfer record.
