Arsenal vs Crystal Palace: Ticketing Details for Away Fans
Arsenal have confirmed ticketing details for their Premier League trip to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Sunday, May 24, kick-off 16:00.
The club has received an allocation of 2,687 away tickets, all housed in the Arthur Wait Stand across blocks R, S and T.
Digital-only entry
Every ticket for this fixture will be issued as an NFC digital pass. Each lead client member will receive their pass by email and must add it to a mobile device before arriving at Selhurst Park. Supporters are urged to check that their email details are correct.
Tickets are scheduled to be sent on Tuesday, May 19. Anyone who has not received their ticket by Thursday, May 21 is instructed to contact Arsenal’s Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1).
Crystal Palace will carry out ticket checks at the turnstiles and may request ID. No upgrades will be available on the day.
Supporters aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over.
Standing, seating and stadium rules
Fans who prefer to sit throughout the game are advised to buy strictly no-standing tickets within blocks R, S and T. Palace operate a zero-tolerance approach to standing in these designated rows and will deal with any persistent standing on the day.
Selhurst Park is fully cashless. The away end’s food and drink kiosks will not accept cash, so supporters must use card or mobile payment.
Arsenal are asking fans to buy tickets only if they genuinely plan to attend, with the aim of keeping the away end as full, loud and committed as possible.
Scanning and loyalty points
The club is placing heavy emphasis on turnstile scanning. Every supporter must ensure their ticket is scanned correctly at the relevant entrance. If a ticket fails to scan or a steward directs a supporter through a different entrance, fans are told to make sure their ticket is scanned before entering the ground.
Access control data from Selhurst Park is sent directly to Arsenal and used to confirm attendance and manage away match points. Photographs, receipts, travel documents or hotel bookings will not be accepted as proof of attendance.
If a ticket is not scanned, Arsenal will not register that the supporter attended and the away match loyalty point credited for this game will be removed from the member’s account. The club also reserves the right to remove additional away points for repeated failures to scan, in line with section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions for the 2025–2026 season.
New Away Ticket Exchange
For 2025–2026, Arsenal are introducing an Away Ticket Exchange service, which replaces Away Ticket Transfer. The Exchange will open once the allocation for a particular away fixture has sold out.
Ticket collections will continue alongside the new Exchange system as part of measures to ensure that genuine Arsenal supporters use the away allocation. Fans selected at random for collection will receive an email in advance with full details.
Supporters collecting duplicate tickets on the day must show photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. Photos of ID will not be accepted, and third-party collections are not allowed.
Pricing and disability access
Restricted View seats will be discounted by £1 or £2 from the standard ticket price.
Disability access tickets include a complimentary personal assistant ticket, subject to eligibility. Members buying concession-priced tickets must bring ID, as they may be asked to show it at the visiting turnstiles.
Sales and how to buy
All sales phases and tickets are subject to availability.
Supporters can buy seats online, with booking fees applying. To purchase, fans will need:
- A valid password
- A valid email address
- A Platinum, Gold or Travel Club membership number
- Credit or debit card details
With a tight allocation and strict scanning rules, every ticket carries extra weight: one pass, one place in the away end, and one more voice driving Arsenal on in South London.
