Thirty of those are set aside exclusively for the champions: players, head coach and key staff. The remaining 1,996 will be released worldwide as officially licensed products, giving supporters the chance to buy a physical slice of the tournament’s story rather than just a replica shirt or scarf.
Each ring carries the same core design language. One flank displays the FIFA World Cup trophy, unmistakable and uncompromising. The opposite side will be tailored with the identity of the winning nation, turning a generic symbol into a permanent badge of belonging. Every piece is individually numbered, custom-fitted, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity, underlining that this is intended as a serious collectors’ item, not a novelty trinket.
The timing has been choreographed to fit the theatre of the final. In the chaos of confetti, cameras and tears after the full-time whistle, the winning captain and head coach will each be handed temporary rings to wear during the on-pitch celebrations.
