Allianz Arena Set to Host 2028 UEFA Champions League Final
After months of anticipation, Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena has been confirmed as the venue for the 2028 UEFA Champions League final. This will mark the third time the stadium hosts the event, having previously welcomed finals in 2012 and 2025.
UEFA Final Hosts Announced
The UEFA Executive Committee met in Thessaloniki, Greece, where they revealed the lineup for several major European football finals for 2028 and 2029:

- 2029: Camp Nou, Barcelona
- 2028: Parc Olympic Lyonnais, Lyon-Décines
- 2029: National Stadium of Wales, Cardiff

- 2027: Johan Cruyff ArenA, Amsterdam
- 2028: Astana Arena, Astana

Bayern’s Ambition
Of course, Bayern Munich will hope to reach the 2028 final held at their home ground. Still, there is plenty of football to play before then. For now, their immediate focus lies on the upcoming 2027 Champions League final scheduled for June at Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid, Spain.
